You guys! I have found the cutest little app that has helped me with my mental health.

The app is called Finch.

You get to raise an adorable little finch as a pet. As you complete goals, quizzes, and writing prompts, you energize your pet finch to explore and bring back reports of new discoveries. Over time your finch, who starts as a baby, grows as it gains energy, goes on adventures, and makes discoveries. You even get to meet new friends along the way!

The journal prompts have been especially helpful in reconnecting with myself. I find that I’m rediscovering the interests I thought had long disappeared, and I’m finding the courage to get out of my head and try new things that I’ve been too scared to try.
